Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Megalodon Locs and Beauty, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy is in place for cancelled appointments and no-shows: Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 75% of the service cost as a no-show fee. How Fees Are Applied: Fees will be charged to the card on file. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in the inability to book future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business!
